Frequently asked questions
What do I get when I buy?+

A digital file to download right away: the pattern as PDF/DXF, the design as SVG/PNG or the mockup as GLB, depending on the product. Nothing ships physically.

Can I sell the garments I make?+

Yes. Every product includes a personal and commercial license: you can make and sell garments with no royalties. The only thing not allowed is reselling or redistributing the files themselves.

Are the patterns graded by size?+

Yes. Patterns include size grading (usually XS to 3XL) in separate layers or files, ready to print on A4/Letter or send to a plotter.

Which file formats are included?+

Patterns: layered PDF with sizes plus DXF for plotters. Designs: vector SVG, transparent PNG and 300 DPI JPG. Mockups: GLB for the 3D viewer and, where applicable, the CLO3D project.

How do I download the files after paying?+

The download link arrives by email once payment clears and is also saved in your account, in the downloads section, so you can grab it again any time.

Do they work with Cricut, Silhouette, DTF or sublimation?+

Yes. The vector designs and 300 DPI PNGs work with Cricut, Silhouette, DTF printing and sublimation. DXF patterns open in any cutting software.
